Even Jack Bauer is unable to penetrate the volcanic dust hovering over Europe at the moment.

Kiefer Sutherland has been grounded in London after jetting into the British capital to promote his new movie Twelve.

But the 24 star doesn’t look too bothered to be stuck in the city of his birth — true fact!.

When he’s not wrestling his way out of strip clubs, he’s strolling the sunny streets of Soho, where we found him yesterday.
